“The products arrived on time and were well packaged. They are fine except for the fact that the decorative finial I bought for the top of the newel post was made of blocked oak rather than solid oak - i.e. made from 2 pieces. This means there's a very striking stripe right across the finial where the two different pieces are very different colours. It's very annoying and is not as pictured on the website. I emailed the company via the website on the day but heard nothing back at all. I was disappointed.”

“The installation of the banister produced only one problem the wooden oval discs finding the center of the plaques was difficult and should have been be marked The overall effect was good against a peppermint green background resulting in comments from two 8 year old boys of awesome and cool and they much approved Buy again yes”
