“Great quality wood how ever I would of said very good but I did have abit of damage to one item and reported it and they got back to me very quickly but I needed to finish the job and wouldn't have time to send back and get a replacement but when I explained this I didn't hear from Jackson again ? Would of been a good will to maybe reduced price of damaged oak hand rail !!! But as I said other stuff was great quality Regards Nigel”

“I ordered a stair rail to replace one the little monsters broke. Jackson’s is the only place I could find that could make one to match. It arrived quickly, well packaged and exactly like I ordered”
