“This will be the 3rd staircase project, mainly for family and friends and every time the product and professional service from day 1 until completion has been brilliant. The products are immaculately finished and a very good price. All the technical data is easy to understand and accurate. All products are well packaged and arrived without any damage. I will pay a special thanks to Molly Hathaway for her patience and understanding of all of your products. Well done again to the complete team”

“Good quality product but arrived with an inch dent, damage. Decided to just put up and repair ourselves. Good communication re delivery and top end of price but happy with goods to suit our requirements”

“Managed to find exactly the right size timber cover moulding from Jackson’s woodturners. Other firms either didn’t have it in stock or wouldn’t deliver outside their local area. The wood I ordered was well packaged and arrived on the day that they promised. Would definitely use them again.”

“Pigs ear hand rails turned up as ordered and on time, so very happy. Trickier than expected to fit - some advice on how to deal with cornes on the stairs would be helpful as the shape makes it hard to get a nice looking join.”
