“In my view the sign of a good company is when things go wrong and the customer service team care so much about making it right. Unfortunately due to a website description being wrong, it stated the medal diameter at 9cm and so when they arrived as only 5cm I immediately emailed. Alan gave me a call with the hour to apologise and offer to source replacements, unfortunately they could not find any so Amanda offered to replace with trophies and absorb the each cost themselves. I would have taken this offer but it involved arranging another delivery and collection time and my work life is a bit busy to get this sorted. So although I didn't get exactly what I ordered, the team at Jackson Trophies do care and Amanda will look after me when we have another order. Well done.”

“At first when ordering online when I went to pay the site shut down and in did not know if it had taken money. I phoned and then agreed to send an e mail with my order. I received the order confirmation to say all was ok and it was in process. When I looked quickly at the order I noticed that one of the clubs was spelt wrong, This was despite an email with all info on, I phoned and told the office who assured it would be put right. I have received all of my trophies and guess what the name of the club was spelt wrong on the three trophies for that golf day. On opening all of the trophies (15 of them) two sets were the same which I had not ordered any of the same trophies. I e mailed on sat 11/03 to state this fact.”
