“Loved the product (golf ball glass case trophy to commemorate a hole in one)- best understated/quality I'd found after a long search). Lovely Father's day gift from the children... Ordered, paid to receive a fairly prompt reply to say not in stock. Given alts to have a resin product, keep the order, or have a refund = fine. Thought it would be a reasonable wait for stock, to get the reply, probably 8 weeks!!! ie not reasonable. Requeasted a refund, no reply on this one, to receive this request, requiring me to ask the bank if the refund had taken place. It has, but manners might have prompted that information... What a shame, it's still a good product. I did request notification when it is in stock - no reply. Can't recommend the service, hope others luckier.. CMD”
