“I am very pleased with the garden arbour, good solid construction, it arrived well within estimated delivery dates. Easy to put together although you do need to use a drill, took about three hours on my own, then two coats of wood preserver, now in situ looking good. Good service, thank you very much.”

“2 Seater Royalcraft Napoli Bench - Excellent price, delivery service and quality. Assembly tested ingenuity as bolt sizes conflicted with the listings and diagramatic instructions but a little juggling achieved a satisfactory result. Will certainly be checking this website in future.”

“It was very useful to be able to discuss what I was interested in and the whole buying process was very efficient. The product I bought - a hexagonal herb planter - seems to be a high quality item too. I would certainly look to this firm again.”

“Product quality was really poor. Jacks used an external supplier. Initially there was a replacement offered however, I decided a full refund was best due to the materials used and quality. There seemed to be a lack of communication regarding this between the supplier and jacks.”

We are extremely sorry you were unhappy with the planter and I apologise again for getting my wires crossed about sending a replacement or issuing a refund - entirely my fault! As discussed at the time, we appreciated your feedback regarding the quality of the planter as we certainly don't want to be supplying products to our customers that are considered poor quality and have taken this matter up with our supplier. “The item i ordered arrived within 4 working days and the description on the website was very realistic. The customer service was responsive and proactive. There was a screw missing from my item and customer service (Joanna) got in touch with the supplier and got me a bag of screws... I should not forget that it is the place online where I have found my item at the cheapest price.”
