“Very happy with the customer service and timescales for delivery, especially given the lockdown. However, PLEASE reduce your use of polystyrene packaging. There are so many alternatives to this vile stuff. Polystyrene was recently reclassified as probably carcinogenic by the WHO and a styrene gas leak killed around a dozen poor folk in India in May. Styrene is a menace in the environment. I'd rate 5 if I hadn't received a huge delivery of polystyrene.”

“Despite the delay with the product from the manufacturer I found Jo at Jack's Garden Store extremely helpful. Great customer service and once the product had arrived it was exactly what we hoping for. I would definitely recommend their service and I would have no hesitation ordering from them again in the future. Many thanks”

“Really first class customer service. Jo was most helpful and clear in all dealings regarding purchase and delivery to us in Scotland. Arbour arrived in perfect condition and was assembled without any real issues although the instructions were a bit odd! Nothing that an average DIY enthusiast couldn’t figure out however. Really pleased with finished results and would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.”

“I just wanted to thank you for your first class service and very competitive pricing. We ordered a 4 x 2 wooden storage shed at the height of Covid-19 lockdown. Your competitors were all quoting from 3 - 4 months delivery time but Jo checked and, within a few hours, confirmed a date within four weeks. The shed arrived on the day booked, a couple of hours early, with all precautions against cross-infection taken by the Shire delivery driver. I cannot fault your attention to detail and speed of service. Thank you very much indeed.”

“I would highly recommend Jack's Garden Store - Jo was so helpful from start to finish, and it made buying my garden furniture a happy experience during lock down. I felt that the company went above and beyond to make my small purchase feel as important as if I had spent thousands of pounds. They had some nice little extra touches to make my shopping experience great - you will have to try them yourself to find out! Great service thank you!”

“My wife and I wanted to buy a croquet set to give us something fun to enjoy in our garden. Most companies were out of stock, or charging a fortune due to lockdown. As soon as the set was back in stock, Jo dealt with me personally via email, answering every question I had in double quick time and had a set sent out to us which arrived the very next day after ordering, for a great price. I have rarely come across a company so efficient, customer focused and personable as this. I would happily recommend Jack's Garden Store to anyone wanting unrivalled customer service and excellent value. Well done Jo, you should be proud, and we thank you very much! Lee and Karolina x”

“I had never ordered from this company before but will definitely use the site again. Very simple ordering process . I was kept updated by Joanna regularly. Delivery came right on time no problem . There is a real personal touch to the service which you don’t often get these days. I would highly recommend. I bought the Gardeco Chiminea. Great quality and great service. Can’t ask for much more.
