“Although I had an initial problem with my order as part of the delivery had gone astray I must say that customer service was excellent and dealt with the matter with great efficiency to put the situation right. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.”

“Excellent all round from order to delivery. Product was also good. Took a little longer to put together than anticipated but no problems and all the bits were there and no damage etc. would certainly use again.”

“The wooden sandpit with wooden lid is brilliant. Big enough for the kids to play in. They can sit on the sides. The lid is great. It won't blow away. It keeps cats and slugs and snails from getting in. Good value for money. I would recommend it.”

“Sales team at JGS were v helpful, actual shed supplier not so much- shed not delivered on specified day, mardy sounding woman on phone when trying to rearrange delivery date- no thank you or apology for messed up delivery. Shed quality pretty much as expected, but full of petty and avoidable irritations on assembly such as not enough clout nails to fit felt to roof. You'll need to double up on the number of screws stated if you want it to feel sturdy as well. Poor overall score saved by friendly, helpful sales people at Jack's customer service.”

“The product: garden table & chairs, were of a good standard, although the Distressed style, sort of a scratched or may be antique appearance, was new too me. Unfortunately, the packing was a little battered & as a result the table feet came slightly damaged - paint knocked off. The manufacturers A.Mir later sent touch-up paint when I complained to Jo, who in fact was very helpful. It seems that the delivery company City Link, sub-contract the delivery & this is obviously not the best, there being less control over the delivery process.”

“We were very pleased with the service we received from Jack's Garden Store. Jo was very helpful in arranging special credit facilities for our school which we struggle with on a daily basis. The fitters were prompt, worked very hard and did a first class job. We ordered 5 sheds in all and although one was out of stock we now have 5 wonderful sheds which will solve our storage problem.”

“Excellent service - first part of the order was received within 2 days of placing the order, the second a day later. Packaging on that item was a bit inadequate, but I suspect it was their supplier's fault - a heavy item like a parasol base needs more than a cardboard box around it - a strong sack would have been better. Correspondence with the firm was excellent, both by e-mail and phone - and I appreciated the "thank-you" letter afterwards - a nice touch”

“So far, so good! Excellent service with the ordering & following up with a delivery date but delivery is not until 10 days time so I cannot comment on the product. I am sure the seat will be fine however, if it's good as the service!”

“The order was delivered promptly by a very friendly and helpful courier. The product itself was sturdy and as seen on the site. I actually ordered by phone and found the lady who took my order very helpful. Nicest of all was the personal letter that arrived a few days later. I loved the personal touch -- and the fridge magnet is on display!”
