He then passed me to his colleague Matthew who is now my IVA Finance Account Manager who has given indepth information and procedures of of the IVA process has found even debts l wasn't even aware off and has been very patient in the way he has dealt with me and guided me through the process of submitting my paper work,as l am not very tech savvy.
