“The course was alright, although it seems like there were many different writers and at times really dosen't flow well. The tutoring leaves leaves something to be desired. Never the less it was an alright course.”

“I was very well satisfied with the course and the knowledge which I gained from it. The course is very well organized to provide the optimum service for a person to be able to teach English. I would like to thank ITTT for developing such a course and mixing travelling and teaching in one profession.”

“Good for first-timers. Flexible schedule, intuitive material, no major complaints. For an online course that requires no in-class practicum, ITTT provides a solid review of precise, condensed information for those already in the TEFL field, and a good starting point for those who would like to become involved with TEFL. As someone who has been working in the TEFL field for five years, most of the information provided through ITTT was intuitive. It was only a matter of going through the motions to acquire the certificate. If you take multiple courses through ITTT beware that some of the units will be almost exactly verbatim from other courses. Decide if you really want a course that is challenging in its content (if so, do not take ITTT) or if you just want the extra certification.”

Over the past 25 years, we have continuously adapted and improved our courses to new standards and trends in TEFL and TESOL. It is a course that needs to fit a wide variety of people from all different backgrounds. Naturally, some will find it less challenging than others. All the best to you.

“ITTT TEFL course is well organized training program which has improved my ESL teaching experience and I have never regretted being trained by the ITTT. There were very important lessons which I learned for the the first time, such as teaching special groups and troubleshooting. Notwithstanding, the other lessons have also been helpful to improve my teaching skills. I appreciate the training from ITTT and have recommended it to two friends to enroll on the course.”

Update: We have resolved all our certificate shipment issues that were caused by the global pandemic and are shipping our certificates for most countries from the UK to avoid any future delays.

“The course itself was interesting. It focused a lot on the British English which was enlightening to see the unique spelling of words in English that have not been westernized. As for the certificate of completion, I am puzzled as to why you could not have both a TEFL and a TESOL certification, since you are using the same course to earn one or the other. I am also surprised that you have not found a source to be able to print and mail certificates to every country of the world, despite the pandemic. With an international system of on-line, it seems to me that a way would be procured to ensure that those who complete the course would actually receive a certificate, beyond the PDF, which is of course helpful to have. I would definately say to invest in a service that can print and mail these. Your students would really appreciate it. Annette Yates”

“The course itself is great! The information provided is very clear and understandable as for the experienced teachers, as for beginners. BUT I faced a problem with delivery of my certificate. I live in China and I have provided all the needed information in both languages - English and Chinese. For some reason it took quite some time and I started to worry so I requested a postal tracking number and then I found out that the parcel was sent back to the original place. I contacted the delivery man and he said that there wasn’t any particular building number on the parcel, only the street name as well as there wasn’t any phone number. I provided the building number when I registered the delivery. So when I contacted the ITTT administrators I was told that I have to pay for the second delivery. I honestly don’t understand why because there wasn’t any of my fault. This situation has spoiled all of my positive opinion about the organization.”

“This course far exceeded my expectations with regard to value. The content is excellent and provides terrific training, resources and information to support a new teacher of TEFL or TESOL. The methodology they expouse is one of the best I have seen. Do not expect the training to be a "breeze" though. You will be challenged, but in a good way. You certainly won't be bored. I feel confident and excited to start my new career. The ITTT folks are very professional and responsive. I chose Tudor Support and Video and I am glad I did.”

“I had taken this course to update myself on learning a new skill on teaching, and the course didn't disappoint me. I got to understand the different techniques of teaching, the break down of grammar. However, it would be nice to know more than just grammar. It would be nice to know how to teach descriptive narratives, summarization, prediction, synonyms, fantasy fiction and many such techniques under learning English. It would definitely be more helpful. Overall, worth doing course.”

Hello Priya. Thank you for your review. Our courses are structured in a way that teaches you how teaching skills (50% of the lessons) and how to teach grammar (50%). If you would like to go deeper into these topics, I recommend our 250-hour TESOL Diploma course.

“every thing is fine . But certificate still did not receive and job catching support after the compleation is not satisfactory”

As we mentioned in our email to you on 22nd May, we were unable to send your certificate on completion of your course as international postal deliveries via registered post were not possible due to the Coronavirus. Unfortunately, this situation remains unchanged for your location and we have been given no indication when postal services will resume to your country at present. We will do our best to let you know as soon as the certificate has been sent out. You should already have received the URL of a scanned copy of your certificate, but if you need this again please let us know. Our apologies for the inconvenience, but as you’ll appreciate this situation is beyond our control. On 30th May, you emailed us about teaching in Japan and Europe. We replied on 1st June asking you to let us know which countries in Europe you were thinking of teaching in so that we could provide more detailed information and contacts specifically for those countries. We are happy to do this once we receive a reply to the email.
