“I thought the course and materials were well written and easy to follow. There was a great deal of fundamental teaching material that was new to me along with quite a bit I was already familiar with. I did feel that while the video content was well made the course would have greatly benefited from having more of it, as 95% of the course consists of reading segments. More video media to accompany the reading material would have been appreciated. I also felt some of the tests had too few questions to give an accurate evaluation of comprehension of the reading - there were times when a simple misunderstanding of a question would reflect disproportionately to the overall score of my understanding of a given test. Overall however I felt the course was well designed and helpful for the purposes of TEFL/TESOL instruction. I am currently waiting for my certificate to be sent to my address as well. It may be delayed due to the global COVID19 crisis but I hope for it to arrive soon.”

“Overall, the course is very good and useful for many teachers. Personally, I found it pretty easy probably due to the fact of having already been experienced enough. I did not read or study almost half of the units and did the tests, and I scored 90 and above. It was good and useful, thank you!”

“I absolutely loved this course. I loved that I could pick it up + work on it on my own time, while still gaining so much invaluable information. “The course was great however it has been three months and i have yet to receive my certificate in the mail. My partner who also completed the course has receive hers and we both completed the course at the same time and live in the same home so I am not to sure whats happened to mine.”

Hello Thomas, your ITTT certificate was sent via registered post on 6th August 2020 to the address you provided to us. Delivery times are dependent on the postal system in your area, but your certificate should be with you soon. The package requires a signature, so the postman may have tried to deliver it to you already. You may want to see if it’s already waiting for you at your nearest post office.

Update: We have resolved all our certificate shipment issues that were caused by the global pandemic and are shipping our certificates for most countries from the UK to avoid any future delays.

“I am very satisfied with the course overall. The course materials were well designed to develop and deepen teachers understanding of teaching English as a foreign language. I opted for the course in the first place because I believe despite my years of experience in the teaching field, there is still room for growth and knowledge. The ITTT program with it very helpful staff has provided me with the knowledge and skills necessary to adapt in a constantly changing world in need of professionalism in the ELT field. “The course is very good, the concept are well explained and thats makes them easy to grasp. I think I misunderstood you on issues of assistance in job placement, I thought you will do more on that issue, not just give us websites, I feel you can do more in that area. Maybe you can offer attachments with big recognised companies.”
