“It was a very interesting course as the questions were comprehensive and accessible to all. I was very impressed with the tutors care and ability to help when ever I had difficulties. ITTT is the best .”

“Finished the 220-hour master package. The courses were very much needed as a refresher and gave me new ideas which helped me in my teaching career. It's worth your time (since everything is at your own pace) as well as your money.”

“This course I took is quite beneficial, personally speaking. Units are well-arranged and contents are very useful. Whenever there is a technical problem, a solution would be sent promptly by email. Overall, it was well-worth my time to go through the course and am going to complete another one. Thank you”

“It is an online course on how to teach English as a second language and I have prior classroom experience so as I read through units, it occurred to me that this is not the best avenue to become a certified TEFL teacher. The tutor option was not helpful at all. The videos were more often a better resource than the unit itself. A grammar book should be a recommendation if not mandatory as a supplemental resource in conjunction with the units dealing with grammar. As it is an online course, it should come with the resources as linkable right from the unit or the course page. Once I completed the course, there was absolutely no direction except an email with my certificate. I am capable of doing my own research as to where to apply for job opportunities but you would think ITTT would like to offer a direction as to how to look for opportunities. Upon completion of the course, I did discover a far better option to achieve my TEFL certificate and I am sad I did not find it earlier. Perhaps this was not the best choice for me to do an online course.”

“The course material was user friendly. The tutor isn’t at all helpful in supporting you and explaining anything further. The videos however are brilliant. I learnt a lot more from them than the reading. I think it’s the way I learn. The reading does need to be updated as I found some questions in the multiple choice tests to be opposite that of real life and only per the reading. This was very frustrating! Overall though, very informative and I look forward to getting some shadowing experience in my local area before I go it alone.”

“Overall I was very happy with the course and found the unit guides and assessments well organised and easy to follow. There were problems shipping my certificate that were not ITTT's fault but their lack or email response was disappointing especially when they claimed - in what I felt was a less than professional tone - that they had been trying to track the product and contact me. I had received no such emails. Finally, it may sound petty and I promise that it is not related to my above criticism but the teacher who was featured in the example videos attached to several units was very unprofessional. Bare feet in the classroom - in any country or culture - is unnacceptable and disrespectful.”
