Update: We have resolved all our certificate shipment issues that were caused by the global pandemic and are shipping our certificates for most countries from the UK to avoid any future delays.

“This course is essential for both experienced and inexperienced teachers. Experienced teachers can revise material, find new information and inexperienced teachers study to arrange the lesson: warm-up, lead-in, pre-tasks, tasks and post-tasks and to differentiate tasks in phases. There are lots of useful links and information about books to read. Moreover practical tasks are in some units, we can use them or create similar. I took the course with videos which helped me to look into the printed materials deeper. I recommend this course.”

“Overall, I am satisfied with the course even if I am yet to see its full benefits. I will be particularly curious as to whether job seeking assistance is as it’s advertised to be. The only aspect I found less than satisfactory was tutor’s assistance. I booked a course with a tutor, not knowing what I would be in for, so I thought having a tutor wouldn’t hurt. It turns out I did the course well, practically without any help and that part is not an issue. The issue is the fact that once or twice I contacted the tutor seeking certain clarifications. The answers I received were of no help, offered neither an explanation nor tried to really find out what it was I was looking for and overall came across as not encouraging of any further contact. Which is exactly how I proceeded from then on – all by myself. If I had known I would get that, I would’ve opted for a course without a tutor and thus saved myself a few euro. So, the course itself – thumbs up. The tutoring service – thumbs down.”

“I took the online course without a tutor and really enjoyed it! The way the site is built is compelling and has a greeting vibe. Also,I felt like it gave me many tools concernig teaching”

“The course content felt like only a syllabus of what the course should actually be. It was like a pamphlet, when it should be a textbook. No topic was explored in any depth and I don’t feel like I learned anything significant. I felt like I had taken a 3-hour course, not a 50-hour course. It was worthwhile, only because it was free. I would be furious if I had paid anything at all. I would never recommend it or consider booking a different ITTT online course based on my experience.”

Thank you for your feedback, Daniel. All videos had a corresponding unit, which was identified in the text above the unit. For example, The third video (Theories methods and techniques of teaching) and fourth video (The ESA methodology) both stated the following: “This video supports the materials in the Theories, methods and techniques unit of your course.” As not all course units have a corresponding video and some units have more than one video, it’s not possible for the unit and video numbers to align exactly.

“The course with ITTT was well spread. From the beginning to the end, one would enjoy its flow. Easy and clearly laid. But till now I’m not happy with the way you are dealing with my certificate . During the total lockdown was when I wrote the exams in March. Unfortunately your team sad due to the pandemic they couldn’t send it then to me in Turkey . All my colleagues who wrote theirs with other bodies have collected theirs . Most schools I submit CV asked me to get the original apart from the PDF you sent . Yet I’ve not collected it till today . Don’t make me regret writing the exams with you . Please I need my certificate.”

Hello Oluwaseun, your certificate was originally delayed due to COVID 19 restrictions, as we explained to you previously. It was then sent to you on 23rd July and delivery was attempted by your postman but nobody was available to sign for the package. We are dealing with your situation via email, and will respond today to the email you sent to us yesterday.

The ITTT 50-hour course in teaching English to young learners was designed as a supplementary course to give an introduction to the field of teaching English to young learners. Each course unit should be an average of around eight hours of study time. This would include the course participant reading information, researching answers to questions in the task sheets and taking a test. The level of the materials studied therefore matches its purpose.

“I started with the course last year but finished quite late because I was busy with work. Then this pandemic came resulting to lesser days of work and more time to go back to study and finish my course. Thank God I was able to finish it and got certified. Thank you ITTT! I have been planning to have a change in career for the longest time but since I'm an undergraduate, I realized that it was close to impossible. Who would dare hire an undergraduate, I thought, until I found ITTT and inquired about the course and my chances of getting a decent job after. ITTT motivated me to pursue my dream of teaching regardless of being an undergrad. . The course was very well presented and detailed. I'm excited to apply what I have learned soon. Thank you again. Every penny paid was worth it.”
