“It was a great experience learning through your programme. My only note is on the programmes accompanied with tutors which I found not very helpful as they only send e mails with the same written part of the unit which I sent them earlier that I couldn't understand and needed help with it. I really found it so funny, but thanked them anyway.”

“I really enjoyed the training and was benefited from it. Some additions I would like to see would be the integration of inquiry into language learning as I think this would greatly help students acquire language skills better.”

“Hello! I've completed 170-hour training. This course helped to systemize my knowledge and provided me with some practical ideas to light up my lessons, however some information about using some equipment like cassette players and so on I find outdated and, therefore, I think that some units need adjustment.”

“I really enjoyed all of the material that the 120-hour course had to offer. IT was very informative and provided with knowledge that I needed to expand on as well as learn, I'm constantly going back to review past units because the units provided so much useful and important information.”

“The units on how to conduct classes and build rapport with students are excellent! The units on English grammar were not very good: -first of all because of because of lack of consistent quality of presentation; -secondly, jumping back and forth between units of teaching methods and grammar lesson units disrupted of the continuity of the learning process and appreciation of the value of learning verb tense usage and form. -third, a number of the sample sentences given to illustrate verb tense usage were 'forced' (awkwardly constructed) or were not relevant to 21st century English usage (except, perhaps, in some parts of England); -forth, the emphasis on the use of 'tape recorders' is totally out of date ! It is very hard to find a tape recorder on the market any more, much less tape cassettes. These days practically everything is down loaded or on disc. Overall, I did like the course and found it a very useful refresher course for returning to volunteer teaching. However, I do think that the course units sequence needs to be better organized and perhaps brought more up to date. (I saw that the units were copyright 2011, but tests were copyrighted 2020.) Yes, I would recommend your 120 hour course for on line ESL certification. Thank you. Mary H. Pousset”

“The course was great, being a Foreign Languages and Linguistics Major I found it to grace all the topics with a decent surface level thoroughness. Depending on how serious you wish to become with this material, you will need to further your research and reading, and the program tries to encourage this by giving their recommended readings and websites to further enhance your abilities. Though I have my own resources I prefer, I like how much thought they have put into the program and how they don't hesitate to point out where further study will benefit you. It will set you up well for beginning the teaching, but as your students advance, you will begin to get more intricate and precise questions of which the network and resources they give will be of help to guide you.”

“It was nice experience with ITTT. I learnt how to engage, study and perform activity in class during teaching. But unfortunately ITTT don't have any strong Mechanism of certificate attestation. I'm in China, I queried many times to admin that is it valid all over the world and got reply that "YES". Now I applied for jobs and found that it should be attested by Chinese embassy otherwise it is invalid.”

“I wasn't really satisfied with the email response timing, and to add to it, the information we received through email was somewhat not respected I haven't received my parcel yet”

Update: We have resolved all our certificate shipment issues that were caused by the global pandemic and are shipping our certificates for most countries from the UK to avoid any future delays.
