“I was very happy with this suitcase. It is a good size for a medium case and looks very smart. I am looking forward to using it. The only negative point, which prevented me from giving 5 stars , was that the instructions for the TSA lock were in Spanish, which wasn’t very useful!”

“Only used once so far and hasn't been on an aircraft. Happy enough at the moment, held what was necessary for a weekend away for two. Was very disappointed with way it was delivered, the box was completely open at one end.”

“Very happy with my purchase. Delivery was quick & the case itself is lovely. Its extremely light in weight with plenty of room inside, especially for cabin luggage. Perfect for those weekend aways & short breaks. My only complaint, which isn't really a complaint as such, the instructions on how to reset the lock are in spanish, despite being made & purchased & sent within the UK. But like I say, not a huge deal. Google is my friend 🤣”

“The luggage is good but there were no instructions in English to set the code for the lock, so I had to use Google translate to work out what to do.”

“We purchased a pair of Resonating blue fog large suitcases which were to replace another pair of IT suitcases. These we hah had for quite a few years but upon returning from our first holiday abroad in 3 years both had been damaged beyond repair so we opted to replace with similar from the same manufacturer. They look the business and appear sturdy enough with great mobility. With 10 year warranty you can’t go wrong!. Not used yet hence the conservative 4 star rating!”

“IT Luggage were brilliant. It would have been 5* except their courier - Yodel - is rubbish. Apparently they couldn’t find my address - they had the post code and the house number and we are very easy to find……. It took them a further 5 days to get my parcel delivered. You can’t speak to anyone at Yodel - it’s not a facility the offer!”
