“Only just arrived so not used yet purchasing and delivery spot on case looks great just a little concerned the feet on the base look a little delicate and think when they are thrown in the hold they will easily break off will wait and see.”

“The suitcase that we ordered was well made and attractive. Sadly, we had not realised that the height dimensions stated included the wheels, therefore the interior was not as great as required. IT are happy for us to return the item with a £5 collection fee. Delivery and collection are in the hands of the carrier Yodel. At delivery, the box containing the suitcase had been destroyed, without any damage to the suitcase. IT organised a time and date for the return. Yodel did not appear at the arranged time, instead posted a comment that we were not available. That is not true. At the stated time the driver was shown on Yodel's map as being elsewhere in the time. At no time during the whole day was I not available. Yodel's performance was absolutely unacceptable. IT and the suitcase were fine, sadly not the size that we wanted.”

“Have had plenty of IT luggage and not been disappointed. Wear well, both hard and soft shell. Expanding hard shell difficult to manoeuvre when full.”

“It look lovely. Loads of room and perfect for my make up and toiletries. The only downside is the elastic in the back where you can put it on your bag is a bit slack and I found I sliding around a few times and hanging off the side”

“This is our second IT luggage item, the last one only lasted 4 flights and the wheel imploaded into the bottom of the case. Hopefully this soft case will do better but at this stage £100 down”

“It is a good product, spacious but light weight. This is the third IT Luggage product i habe bought in 1 year, and they are all serving my family well. The 8 wheels make it easier to role. However, the colour on the picture was brighter than on the bag itself. Overall, I do not regret buying it.”

“I just received my luggage today. Delayed by being unable to contact the courier over the weekend and had to reschedule it within an off day. The box was intact but a bit tattered though. Packaging could be better. UPDATE: I used the luggage for one return trip and when I came back, one of the wheels was broken and other side of it came off. Thought it would be sturdier than it looked. The weight was only 20kg upon return.”

“A few months ago I purchased a Wheeled IT Cabin Bag from B&M for £40 it expands, has hard casing, has interior zip and pockets. I was hoping to get a second one the same, but B&M had sold out. I then found the IT website and purchased a sale price Wheeled Cabin Bag (& a sale price Vanity Case) similar interior to the other one. The main things that I like with this brand is the 10 Year Guarantee and they are well made and sturdy.”

“I have contacted Customer Services about the disappointing condition that my case arrived in, Kristina replied that I should send a photo of any damage, but I haven’t because the case looks visually ok. I just don’t know if it’s ok, and can’t understand why it was sent out to me without any proper check of condition at your end. The email I sent will have all details”

“Order and delivery were as expected. External packaging was punctured but contents undamaged. have completed one return journey with the Lyte cases. So far they have held up well, the wheels seem good and easy to manoeuvre to the side in the airport queues or pulling. The side handle on the larger cases feel flimsy when side lifting as do the "hinging" parts but so far so good. Locking zips a good added deterrent gives more peace of mind. Love the recycling involved in manufacturing the cases. Looking forward to testing them some more.”
