After 3 emails sent I have had no reply,the bags stink of fish,can you please contact me to resolve this issue,I’ve left them open to air out but a reply would be nice !!!

I ordered and received 2 items of luggage very quickly. One of the suitcases was the wrong colour, I had correspondence with iT to exchange and this hasn't happened. Wasted a part of a day waiting for a pick up. I've emailed again, but nothing. Poor customer service. I've tried but I'm done with it now mismatched luggage it is. Cheersh it

I am not happy as it is a great company and no free returns are available for returning the luggage bags.The return process is not easy and free. Very much disappointment.

I bought the suitcase on Sunday with delivery (paid extra) within 2 working days. The parcel arrived on Friday afternoon. Am I satisfied? NO...

I ordered a medium case and was sent a cabin case. I paid delivery and had to forfeit a return fee.

Unfortunately, as outlined in our 'returns policy' - if you wish to return an item within the 28-day money back guarantee period, you will be responsible for paying any returns postage costs you incur. If an item develops a fault within the warranty period, we will cover the costs of returning the item. I was delivered a faulty suitcase and 1 week later I am still awaiting a solution. Delivery said it would be next day and it was 2 days later.

Ordered the Glitzy Cabin Vanity & Large all purchased online all arrived covered in scratches & marks bottom of the large case was coming apart absolutely shocking. Today 27/1 I have just been to Argos to purchase a large Black expandable IT QUILT case also covered in scratches IT do better these cases are by no means cheap and the quality is appalling

My first time shopping with it luggage and I’m left extremely disappointed with the service quick to take my money slow to deliver hard to contact still waiting on part of my order. Nobody seems to know where it is between it and Yodel. I certainly won’t be shopping with it luggage in the future. I expect all items to be delivered with one delivery day this service has caused my item to go missing!!!!

Still waiting a week later after contacting them regarding the return of 2 suitcases that are too small to contact us to arrange collection. Several emails and no reply. Lovely suitcases but terrible returns service!

Yodel still cant deliver my parcel after 3rd attempts. Then I received an email suggested that I go to collect my parcel at Middleton depot even though I paid for my delivery. Had sent email to it customer service to update Yodel my full address but Yodel cant update my address on their system because its their policy . Its a worst delivery company to use and it company will continue having unsatisfied customers if they dont change their delivery company.

For the price you pay for the products you'd expect better customer service. Had my item delivered and it was damaged, it took almost a week for it to be picked up and now waiting for my replacement to come which will probably take another week.
