“Was what I needed. The largest suitcase is very big! Much more for a long haul trip. But great cases.”

“Very light weight and movement is good with the 4 wheels. The design is very attractive too. Only thing I picked up on was the handles as they seen quite flimsy, however there is a ten year warranty which is fantastic. Yet to test them out properly, but upon first inspection, happy with the order”

“Reliable brand and we already have cabin and large luggage. This was a purchase of 2 medium expandable suitcases. Look just as sturdy and spacious as the other cases we have. Look quite a bit bigger than expected but will be perfect for a week away. Took one star off because they were bigger than expected.”

“I was really happy with the quick response on my order. Customer services shared a free delivery link but this didn't work. I was told the delivery charge would be refunded. But this has yet to happen. The suitcase is great but it does tip.over if the wheels are not alighted.”

“Nice and light piece of cabin luggage, roomy and good pockets. The extended handle causes some issues going back down and sometimes takes several attempts to retract. Not great when you’re under pressure to stow luggage. Would have returned immediately but trip was short notice and didn’t have a backup. Shipping was super quick.”

“Generally I was happy with the two items I purchased since, at the age of 65, I am not up to lugging bags arounds and both the medium sized suitcase and the carry on bag had wheels which made my life a lot easier during my 4 month trip away. However, one of the zips came out of it's position and I can no longer close the part above. Fortunately, it was at the end of my trip.”

“Happy with the case, but unhappy that I had no control over the delivery: A last minute email saying it was "due tomorrow ", but all options for declaring a safe place, collecting from a drop point, or delivery on a different day or to a neighbour had been disabled, meaning I had to cut short an existing commitment in order to be home.”

“I bought large and cabin size. Great sturdy cases, not too heavy and easily manoeuvred on the 4 wheels. Would have liked a built in luggage label slot, and a few more internal pockets. Locks were a little tricky and stiff to operate. Shock proof front panels great idea. Survived 1st long haul to USA.”
