“Ordered online and arrived next day, so all good. Can't comment on longevity, as only had it a couple of weeks, but it looks to be decent quality and similar to our old now smaller cases, which have lasted years”

“I received my luggage promptly, it has the wow factor, even the internals is so elegant and classy, unique. My husband saw it and said it was worth the money spent. Has everything I wanted in a Luggage set, looks, TSA, 8 wheels etc. I gave a 4 star as I am yet to use it.”

“First time using it and full of scuffs, better off with a soft case, only good thing with a hard shell is the protection of fragile things you may need to carry and for that it did good”

“Excellent service. Very satisfied with suitcases - cabin and medium. Plenty of room for luggage for 8 day river cruise and the zipped compartments make organising items very helpful. TSA lock ok but if you prefer standard type lock may struggle to fit it through zip pullers. Also not much room to attach luggage label round the thick padded handle.”
