Loved the suitcase when it came but the handle was incredibly hard to pull up/push down. Contacted customer services and sent videos/pictures and they agreed it was faulty. I constantly had to chase for responses, it took weeks to get a reply sometimes. I was offered other cases as a replacement because mine was out of stock. The cases offered were not suitable and it was obvious why they were the ones left. Most only had two wheels when I'm specifically ordered one with 4 in a nice design and vibrant colour so it was recognisable. I asked for a full refund as the options were so far from the case I had bought. Waited 2 weeks for a reply and was again offered a case with only two wheels. I asked if I could please get a refund because they were not able yo offer a replacement. They inferred a refund minus delivery which I objected to because that would mean I'd paid for them to send me a defective case and I assumed I'd also have to dispose of it too. They refused to refund delivery so I'm out of pocket with a defective case having spent weeks chasing customer services.

I have received the order below but the case is damaged and was not even in the plastic bag provided. I have attached images for your reference. I have also not received a response to my email requesting a refund and instructions on how to send the package back.
