“The delivery was fine, but I was very disappointed with the quality of the suitcase We flew with a new suitcase and when we got it back the handle was peeled off I expected the quality to be better and the suitcase to be durable like the other suitcases in our series I have another flight scheduled and I'm worried if you took her with me”

“Been waiting, waiting and more waiting to receive our luggage. No telephone number for IT LUGGAGE hence waiting. IT LUGGAGE is a totally rubbish company. Have been awarded delivery cost as compensation- BIG DEAL!!”

“Hi, I did not received my delivery yet! I did received a notification that it’s been delivered but, it wasn’t delivered to my home or to my hand! My door bell is been working fine but nobody rang the door bell or knocked at the door with the delivery. I live in a terraced house, I don’t have any separate shades to leave the delivery either. I did check on my road and with neighbours but it is not been delivered at all! Kind Regards Tas”

“I bought two matching It cases a few weeks ago having done quite a lot of research. I thought It would be reliable.IT12052. I have used the cases for the first time and have returned today from a short cruise. I am really upset as one of the wheels has caved in (see attached photos) and was not able to be wheeled properly (a major problem following recent hip replacement and broken wrist and a main reason for me buying the cases). The case was not particularly heavy either-approx 18kg. I spent so long researching and was so pleased with my cases to have this happen the very first time I use them is really distressing and a sad end to my holiday. Please help. T Cowell”

“My luggage was supposedly delivered on October 5 but not to me. I was home at the time of "delivery". I contacted the carrier immediately to let them know there was an error. I was given the run around including them saying they needed to look into it for 24 hrs. They came back with another run around to the tune of, "your package was delivered somewhere, here is a picture for you to find it". I also contacted IT and days later, am getting the same response of repeating what the carrier said (expecting me to magically know where this missing luggage is) and taking no responsibility. So it has been 5 days since "delivery" and I am out the money with no luggage for my upcoming trip.”

“Opened a case to see through the plastic it had a damaged handle. The collection that was arranged hasn't come after 13 hours! I am waiting for a refund on something you sent out faulty....instead of checking what you box up!”

“Not pleased with my purchase as I ordered two medium plus size methodical black luggages and two cabin size methodical black luggages however two wheels on one of my medium plus size methodical black luggages are orange when all wheels should be red. I have contacted customer services via email twice already and no reply has been given.”
