suitcase arrived damaged - the box was in perfect condition which suggests this was not shipping related but that the case was knowingly shipped with a broken wheel or that it was not checked in the warehouse I am not struggling to get a response on the refund process. I have been using IT luggage for over 15 years but quality and the after sales service has plummeted

My luggage arrived with a crack on the casing. Sent It luggage customer service a note- no response. cabin bag was Purschased in Black Friday sale.

Placed an order was picked up by yodel delivery sat in their depot for over a week so IT LUGGAGE requested they send it back to them, had to re order but IT LUGGAGE would only pay for standard delivery and not next day so I had to pay for next day delivery and again delivery took 3 days not next day if i was IT LUGGAGE I would change couriers I’d also like a refund of my next day delivery if I could have got the cases from else where I would have done, wouldn’t order from them again!!

Next day delivery it NOT!!! Then customer services ignore my cancellation request and send my order out a day later. The suitcase is currently on my patio left by yodel getting damaged in ice & snow!!!

Still in the process of trying to return the item. No telephone number for customer service and email response is slow. Courier has tried to deliver the parcel back to you but have not been able to get a response. Suitcase looks good, although obviously I haven't used it but customers service poor.

Extremly poor service. Paid for next day delivery and i was travelling in 2 days but never got the luggage. Left with nothing but an old bag. Extremly disappointed. After 7 days , yodel said they never got full stuff. Wont be using them again

The quality was very poor. The handle of the luggage stopped working after a few opens. I was left carrying it in my hand for a whole trip which was frustrating. The overall quality of the luggage was pretty low as well.

Ordered suitcases to go on holiday, I was given an estimate delivery date so they would arrive 3 days before we went and now we’re on holiday without the suitcases as they still hadn’t arrived.

two weeks on from placing an order I still haven't received the luggage I ordered...lack of interest from IT customer care dept with blame placed on courier company - if you are aware they are a difficult company to deal/communicate with then why use them? My order was placed with yourselves therefore the contract is with yourselves, therefore you need to deal with any issues not shift the blame.

On November 19, I ordered two suitcases. Today is November 29, I still don't have them. very bad organization waiting time very long. the worst thing is that I ordered them for the holidays and now I have must to buy stationary. a lot of nerves. will not buy again

Worst customer service EVER! Buyer beware, the 10 year warranty is worthless! I used the luggage a couple of times, the wheel fell off and I was told it was poor handling from the airlines and to file a claim with them! Ridiculous! It would have taken very little to make me a happy customer and try again with their brand and another suitcase, however, now I am never buying their luggage again!

The worst customer service ever! Would give them minus 10 if possible. I never received this item that i purchased from them, IT luggage, despite a confirmation that it had been posted and then they just cancelled the order without notification or explanation why. They say 10 year warranty but with such a terrible customer service I seriously doubt you will get the service when you need it.
