“Item arrived promptly. Lovely colours. Wheels move well. Haven’t used it yet. Bought through top cash and have had to lodge a claim with it luggage through top cash because it luggage haven’t paid the 4% cashback. Hope it gets sorted and I will end up super pleased with item and price.”

“I am writing this review of the IT luggage that I purchased from the IT online store I think that the two tone soft shell suitcases look stylish and seem quite roomy. The process from ordering to delivery was speedy. Unable to comment on how durable they are as not used them yet. Hoping they will hold up well when going through airport baggage handling. Fingers crossed all the wheels stay intact.”

“Perfect piece of luggage, lightweight, sturdy but stylish. Delivery and packaging could have been better, box arrived severely damaged and case was not protected inside. Luckily no damage to the case.”

“The customer service team were very helpful in refunding me delivery costs, after explaining to them that I had received a free delivery code before placing my order but only saw it after placing my order. Very helpful”

“The suitcase is great & as descrived. The packaging it was delivered in not so much. Wasn't sufficient and suitcase had a bit if damage and marks. Really thin box with nothing else to protect my £60 suitcase.”

“Excellent product and exactly what I wanted,the only let down was the delivery. The courier Yodel, stated that they had been to the property when this was not the case. I would advise using another courier.”

“4 in 1 suitcases is great but haven't used them all. At moment using the 2 small ones and their good, easy to push along, lots room for clothes and easy using zips.”

“Lovely carry on small suitcase. Lots of colours to choose from. I chose the Black/charcoal colour. I've not used it yet but I am looking forward to seeing if the case fits under the seat. This will be the first time that I have used this size of case and I am looking forward to using the case. Will make a report when I return from my journey.”
