“luggage is very good. I ordered a medium case but on arrival I decided it was too small (its not easy to equate litres to actual space) I replaced it with a large one. I was disappointed to be charged £5 for this as I stuck with itluggage.”

“Delivery was fast and the product is really good quality! However, I emailed months ago about seeing if a certain product was coming back in stock as I wanted matching luggage but still to this day have not had a reply so had to buy another colour.”

“I have had IT Luggage for many years, the product is very good. Customer Service is poor and not very helpful. I ordered 2 cases Bewitching, 2.88kg 96L. Knowing this weight and size would suit me, I proceeded with my order. A few days later 2 Grey Census cases arrived bigger and heavier. I tried to sort the problem out, unfortunately Customer Services could not help as they said my order was showing that I ordered Grey Census, I know I definitely did not, I did not even look at Grey suitcases, my preferable colour is black or navy. I will not pay £5.00 for return therefore stuck with Big Grey Heavy Suitcases. Double check your final order in bag, Screenshot it for proof.”

“The luggage was larger than I expected I should have used the measurements and checked. A photo with a person that said how tall the person was would have helped.”

“Delivery was one time for our sets of luggage. All packaged well. Suitcases look like they do on the website - handles seem a little light so hoping they can withstand the weight that the cases can hold. Aesthetically very nice. Didn’t like the cardboard labels being slid under the trim of the cases though - some were hard to completely remove and almost damaged the case trim by trying to pick out bits of cardboard.”

“Love IT luggage so light and easy to identify on luggage belt. I prefer soft shell to hard shell. Mainly because of weight and always travelling somewhere sunny.”

“I have broken my arm and needed a lightweight, easily manoeuvrable suitcase for my forthcoming holiday. The case seems well made and matches the online description but I cannot say any more until I have used it”

“Loved the colour. It was lighter in colour than depicted on the website. Seems like a good quality case, but 4 stars as haven't yet used it. Zips seem very secure too. If I remember, I will update this review once I have used it.”

“The luggage is great but the customer service is abysmal! I purchased a vanity case in a set but it’s missing the strap. I’ve emailed on 3 separate occasions to which someone responds then it goes dead. I am due to fly soon which is a pain because the bag needs a strap!”

“Lovely suitcase, great size. Only downside is that my inside mesh compartment has no zip on it so I can’t zip that half of the suitcase closed! It just sits as a flap in the middle. Is this a manufacturing error, I’m assuming it is? I’m happy with it but I just noticed it and it’s a bit disappointing”

“Good quality and recieved on time. Price in line with amazon but comes with 10 yrs warranty and you know the quality will be better. Size mislabbled in website though. 23cm deep instead if 21cm for underseat roller.”

“So far very good, I bought the large and medium sized they are smaller than expected but with them being able to expand there is lots of space, I have not used them yet, looking to for my next holiday. I want to buy the hand luggage and the extra large suitcase”

“Ordered from IT luggage and would have loved to give them 5 stars however, I would recommend they change who they use as their delivery partners. Yodel delivered the suitcase but because I wasn't in they emailed to say they had left it with a neighbour and a card would be put through the door stating which neighbour but there was no card. After trying 4 neighbours I had to resort to contacting yodel to find out where they had delivered it. When I spoke to the person who did have my case in the end, she had asked the driver if he was going to put a card through the door and he said "no, we will text them to let them know". There was no text!!! The case itself is lovely and I am really pleased but IT Luggage please reconsider your delivery company as they let you down.”
