Defective product and terrible customer service. Refuse to acknowledge they sold a defective suitcase and claim mishandling which is untrue because bag was packed and used normally for the first time just 3 days after purchase.

Purchased a vanity case for a present for my daughter, however when it arrived i checked it and a part of the zip was missing from inside. I have emailed customer service with photos 2 weeks ago but no reply. I doubt i will have the item sorted out ready for xmas day. I couldn't find a contact number to call customer service department. They seem to want you to email rather than talk on the phone. Please can you contact me to resolve the issue.

I paid for express delivery of my items, the courier service partnered with is Yodel and they have still not delivered my items. What's worse is that they have updated all tracking to say they tried to deliver and I wasn't here, therefore it's a missed delivery. This is completely false updating as I am on maternity leave and am home all day with my son. Absolutely no attempt at delivery has been made since ordering my items, everything is correct regarding my address and their attempts to say 'oh it has been attempted and you weren't there' are completely and utterly false. Supposedly if there is noone to receive the item, they need to take a picture and leave a calling card - again this has never happened because 1. I would be here to receive it as I am at home all day now and 2. This proves they have never attempted to deliver to my address. Shockingly bad service from both parties, I will not buy from here again and would not recommend this luggage company to anyone else.

Had a faulty case delivered Friday. Have sent 4 emails and a video enclosed. And still have had no response. I have no idea how to return faulty case. And am getting no help. Shocking customer service

Hi Not happy with the customer service at all. I had ordered a BRITBAG Annamite - Medium Plus (Duplo Geo - Skin) via Order #IT92634 on 02-Dec. The item received was defective. The suitcase had a lot of surface scratches. I had raised a customer query via a warranty ticket along with the Pics of the issues. However, no response was received. I was expecting a callback or a response with some agreement on a resolution Hence extremely unhappy

Ordered luggage for a birthday present for family on 27th November. It has still not arrived. Contacted customer services, they are unable to locate the items, blaming Yodel for its disappearance. They have not offered to resolve this, the birthday has passed. Don’t order luggage from this company, unless you have nothing better to do.

I received an email to say my parcel was out for delivery and I amended delivery details to go to my neighbour but this never happened and my parcel was left outside the front door where any one could have taken it Not impressed

I contacted it luggage about the case I received which has a fault with the pull out handle. I sent a video of it as requested but you haven't acknowledged that despite the subsequent emails I sent. I also asked for return arrangements to be Sent to me and you haven't acknowledged that either.

Luggage still not arrived so unable to rate the luggage. Yodel delivery still a week later has not delivered and IT customer services apparently on the 'case'. Very poor service all round. I've done all the online chats with yodel, sadly cannot telephone IT only contactable by e mail. Think they need to deliver, refund or I stop my credit card payment. Please give customers the option of delivery company, as the way forward, we know who are good or bad in our area.

I have paid for setnof luggage and I still don't have my order... been messaging IT luggage and yodel both are totally useless and not updating me rhw status... i will now start a claim dispute with my credit card

Customer service poor. For some strange reason, I'm not able to order a spare set of wheels, so that I don't have to wait in the future if a wheel was the break. The stocking of such items is at MY cost and no one else's. I emailed customer services who have since stopped responding to me.

Case was damaged so having to send it back you have to send videos of fault in case weird returns arnt as easy as most companies you have to wait in for someone to come and pick returns up knightmare when you work But customer service is very promp so that was good
