I ordered 3 items and only 2 of these were delivered. I emailed customer service 3 times over a 2 week period to ask to either send the missing item or issue a refund, and I have been completely ignored. This company have taken my money and failed to deliver the product. Appalling “customer service”. Will not be ordering from them again.

Item has not arrived. Informed by Royal Mail that it was not despatched to them when ISTOME said it was. Therefore have missed granddaughter's birthday. Have tried to phone and email but no response.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Person who dealt with me by email was deliberately difficult and unwilling to resolve their error

Dear Rachel, I was sorry to see your review about our sending the wrong size blanket, as confirmed in our email this was listed incorrectly on our site. As the item is the final one, we have offered a free return and refund. We are still working with you to resolve this matter and look forward to hearing from you via email.

Istome has been the worst experience I've had with an online business. It took +three months for my order to be shipped. Infact I still haven't received it and am currently waiting. So if I don't receive it the next ten days, I'll have to say you guys simple just suck. I haven't even been compensated for your errors, and I've had to change my order multiple times cause you guys have failed to be on top of things. Its stressful constantly emailing and getting the same reply, we have no stock, change the colour, we sent it Or I'll send it tomorrow. But no progress was made.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Original delivery stated 5 days. Contacted them on multiple times with no response eventually my husband emailed them and then received a response that the items was damaged in transit and they couldn't be bother letting me know. Finally received the item 1.5 months after ordering. Stay far away from this company!!!

When we spoke to your husband we offered an additional 10% OFF and extended a Gift Card, this was agreed with him. I will contact you directly to discuss this further.

Wrong item was sent, I have contacted customer services via email and phone requesting a return and still no response 5 working days later. Never again

All was good until I received the wrong product, emailed them twice and still have had no response. Mistakes happen but I expect some attempt to put things right!

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and am yet to receive it. I had one dispatch email last week but the courier didn't receive the parcel so it's stuck in limbo. I've emailed twice with no response. Beginning to think this is a scam company...
