I have been a customer of Island Vape for well over 10 years and for the last 7 of those years, I have lived in the Scottish Highlands. I have continued to order online whilst in Scotland and have always found Island Vape to not only be great value but to also offer a great service. I will continue to use Island Vape and I thoroughly recommend them. Dean - Scotland.

Hi Dean Just tried calling but couldn't get through to you. I've checked your order, and can confirm it was ordered Monday evening and shipped the following day via Royal Mail. The problem here seems to be with Royal Mail rather than ourselves? Have you tried to contact us via our inboxes prior to this review? I have also looked back at your last 3 orders and cant see any missing items (as we take photos before shipment) so please can I ask for some more information on this matter I will also email you this from my direct email so hopefully we can get this resolved Thank-You
Certain member of staff always never very helpful, always think they know better than the customer if they had served me better and listened and asked could have sold me a new vape £60 maybe, but no always same with this staff memeber genuinly think if they are in I will walk away and come back another day when hopefully they are not there.

They sold me concentrate but didn’t have the mixer to go with it on 2 separate occasions and just said their other store did have it in rather than getting some shipped to the billing store as I didn’t have transport at the time. Not good

Hi Kerril thankyou for the feedback. Its not very often we run out of mixer bases as we restock every tuesday so apologies this has happened twice. Do utilise our website, it shows stock availability of every product at each of our stores. Thankyou
Lack of stock have to look at other places to purchase stock levels always low for on site ordering.

Although normally you guys are great, I'd say about 50% of the times that I order, the order goes to a completely random house, not even just next door. Not a huge deal but sometimes I'm waiting hours for something that was already delivered to the wrong house and I have no idea. The only other 'complaint' I have is that you guys don't stock the bigger 3500 puff disposable vapes but that's more a recommendation than a complaint.

Hi Peter. Apologies for any wrong deliveries. I will look into your address and try pin point why theres often issues. Is it a new build area or a generally confusing area? And as for the 3500s...we wish we could, but theyre illegal in the EU, with lots of counterfeits and we will only sell safe items to our customers.
Very quick dispatch, 21 September, but badly let down by Royal Mail, who have not delivered the product and who's tracking information is useless. Won't update until they attempt delivery I wish I had known about same day delivery as I would have used it. The price is virtually identical. Sorry for the negative review, but the reality is I do not have what I ordered within the timeframe.

Hi Geoff. Sorry to hear you didnt know about the same day option. You didnt quite spend enough to qualify for it which is why it didnt show at checkout stage. Your items were despatched the day after you ordered (as your ordered in the evening) so I can only hope youll reconsider your review score when they arrive as the delay here is with Royal Mail rather than ourselves. Hi. Looking at your last order, I can see you ordered our Cherry Cola 6mg flavour. This particular range has been limited in the last few weeks due to supplier shortages but as soon as we are able to restock we will. We do have a cherry cola concentrate which we make called Depper Cola, and if you ask the guys instore they can advise you how you can mix your own to achieve a 6mg 50VG eliquid.
While normally I am very happy with the service I receive, on the last occasion I was disappointed. Not by the fact that they were not able to deliver my same day delivery on the same day (I can understand that issues arise that cause problems). But the fact that the service I paid for failed and I had no redress.

Hi Anthony. Very sorry to hear the same day service failed you. Im not too sure yet why the package wasnt delivered in time, but I have issued you a refund for the delivery charge (which we would normally do anyway if the delivery wasnt made) Im going to do some digging today to find out more and ensure the same thing doesnt happen again. I came in on a Sunday the vape pens were 3 for 12 went in 4 days later they were 3 for 15 got told the manager makes up the price as and when he wants

Hi James. Not sure who told you this information but it is incorrect, no pricing is made up and changed regularly. If an item is ever purchased cheaper then that item would have been on a flash sale. The website will let you know what deals are active, and we put flash sales on to help people save some money, not to make items more expensive.... Apologies if your 2nd visit made for any disappointment.
Overpriced juice No materials available for coil builders and no cotton other than IVuk. Which I use and purchased on the day. I required some for my wotofo profile.

Hi Michael. Apologies you couldn't find the selection you wanted. Was there anything specific you was after other than the WOTOFO strips? We have lots of different wires, Pre Built Coils, Our own Juice em Up Cotton, DIY Kits, Tweezers (We did stock COTN threads but currently out of stock of those) And which juice do you feel is overpriced? We remain as competitive as we can, and have multi buy options available, aswell as a wide range of concentrates to mix yourself and our 'Monthly Money Saver' to save you even more money. But we are happy to relook at any ranges people believe are too expensive to see if theres anything we can do. I can see you got yourself 100ml of eliquid for £8.99 and was also given 10% off instore? All feedback is important and we appreciate yours so we can continue to work on improving our selections for everyone. Thankyou
The staff in the store are very helpful and friendly however being 5 weeks into giving up smoking it is not helpful when I go to purchase liquids, give a choice of 3 tobacco flavoured to be told they are all out of stock due to a delivery problem,.

I hope you can appreciate we place orders but from that point we have no control over the supplier delivering as quickly as we would like. We place orders every 2wks for most items to try and keep the flavours in stock as much as possible. Thanks again
