“The guy was brilliant although the product is shocking. I’ve had a few of endura vape pens in the past but ever since I’ve bought this one and I only bought it maybe a week ago, never held its charge. I don’t vape that often anyway but having to charge it every 3 hrs it’s not great. It also started to go off itself without pressing the button… quite dangerous. I’m going to return the product.”

“Although normally you guys are great, I'd say about 50% of the times that I order, the order goes to a completely random house, not even just next door. Not a huge deal but sometimes I'm waiting hours for something that was already delivered to the wrong house and I have no idea. The only other 'complaint' I have is that you guys don't stock the bigger 3500 puff disposable vapes but that's more a recommendation than a complaint.”

Hi Peter. Apologies for any wrong deliveries. I will look into your address and try pin point why theres often issues. Is it a new build area or a generally confusing area? And as for the 3500s...we wish we could, but theyre illegal in the EU, with lots of counterfeits and we will only sell safe items to our customers.

“Very quick dispatch, 21 September, but badly let down by Royal Mail, who have not delivered the product and who's tracking information is useless. Won't update until they attempt delivery I wish I had known about same day delivery as I would have used it. The price is virtually identical. Sorry for the negative review, but the reality is I do not have what I ordered within the timeframe.”

Hi Geoff. Sorry to hear you didnt know about the same day option. You didnt quite spend enough to qualify for it which is why it didnt show at checkout stage. Your items were despatched the day after you ordered (as your ordered in the evening) so I can only hope youll reconsider your review score when they arrive as the delay here is with Royal Mail rather than ourselves.
