“I bought a box of Sakerz coils in your store 2 weeks ago and paid £3.50 for them. I then ordered 5 boxes of Sakerz coils in your online store and received a 20% discount, but I have only been sent 5 individual coils , plus some sample liquids. I thought I was getting a reasonable offer on your website, but now feel ripped off as I only received 5 coils and not 5 boxes. Amazon sell packs of 3 for £2.16 per coil, and there is no postage. I wish I had gone elsewhere now.”

Hi Lisa. I am sorry for any confusion, but I've checked the description of the product and it does state its a single coil purchase. The website is the same as our instore offers, I have checked your instore purchase where you bought the tank and you only purchased 1 coil for £3.50 not a packet? This morning I have checked several big vape companies websites and our pricing remains competitive, when you get the 20% discount for buying 5 or more it works out at £2.80 a coil which is cheaper than most. Unfortunately Amazon are Amazon - on certain items they can be hard to compete with on price, and aren't a vape store so not a company we look at as a price comparison. Very sorry again for any issues caused.
