Hi Jennifer. As per our conversations at the time, there was no answer for 2 days at the given address and the telephone number provided was incorrect. As soon as we discussed this, and resolved that issue the parcel was successfully delivered - and on most occasions, we would ask customers to re-pay their same day service if the information given was incorrect, and nobody answered the door. However, we attempted the delivery each time at no extra charge. Evidence was also sent to you that we had been to the property and attempted phone calls. Apologies you felt our service wasn't upto scratch and we hope on your next order it is satisfactory now we have edited the details on record.

“Even though I've been using a vape for nearly 10 years now I wouldn't consider myself a geek 🙃 there's still a great deal I'm not sure about, but these guys at the Northampton branch are a credit to the company, definitely not after a quick sale then show you the door like some places I've been to.
