“Most brilliant chilled out establishment EVER😊😊 Staff are great and know their job well. Always a pleasant welcome. Feel like u are a valued member of the vaping community. Young and old, all ethnicities made welcome and looked after by brilliant brilliant people who know their job. Thank you island Vape for creating a mire of calm after my hospital appts. “The staff in the store are very helpful and friendly however being 5 weeks into giving up smoking it is not helpful when I go to purchase liquids, give a choice of 3 tobacco flavoured to be told they are all out of stock due to a delivery problem,.”

Hi Debbie thankyou for taking time to feedback to us... Can you tell me what flavour and strength you desire, and also which store you visit and i will ensure extra are ordered next time. I hope you can appreciate we place orders but from that point we have no control over the supplier delivering as quickly as we would like. We place orders every 2wks for most items to try and keep the flavours in stock as much as possible. Thanks again
