“Transfer was a nightmare, congregated in a group, I went to the loo, the group had gone when I returned, three were left behind, searched thro the lined up buses to no avail, time passed, it was late, we were left, After an hour a courier came back for us, the bus was a km from the terminal, carrying ski gear very difficult, the bus departure delayed by 1.5 hours, refreshment stop s closed, men peeing all over the place, stopped in public bus station for women, very late in , pick up couriers gone off duty, people tired unable to find their lodges. Some heroic performances by one male staff guy. But senseless delay with knock on consequences because the courier didn't ensure all the group was there before she started the 1 km walk to the bus”

Hi Ralph. Thanks you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear of your experience whilst aboard. As the travel agent rather than the tour operator the operational side of the holiday is completely out of our control but we do not like to hear that one of our customers has not enjoyed a holiday that we booked for them. I sincerely hope that there were no problems with your dealings with iSki prior to the departure of the holiday. We hope that your experience on this particular ski trip will not put you off from booking future holidays with iSki. “In fact this was barely at all about online service. I had repeated phone conversations with Adrian Russell. He could not have been more friendly, helpful or informative about my preferred ski resort and the choice of hotels. Nor did he in any sense try to pressure me. On the basis of this experience I shall certainly be recommending iSki and expect to use their services again in the future.”

“Dear iSki I just want to say Adrian was absolutely fantastic. He arranged everything, getting myself, my son and friend, accomodation in the hotel our friends are staying at. His attention to detail was second to none and he even contacted me on a Saturday evening, to give me the news that he was confident of getting the holiday we were seeking. “Had a fantastic experience booking our first ever ski holiday through iSki. We had the challenge of trying to organise a ski holiday for a large group who have a pretty extensive list of requirement for both resot & Challet. Ade was extremely helpful & patient with our demanding group. Ade really understood what it was we were looking for and his extensive knowledge helped achieve this within budget. All in all excellent service & 13 happy customers!!! Thanks guys!”

“I am generally the one to take on the booking of our trips to the mountains. Generally we go self catering in a nice chalet as we have had some horrors on the catered front. Due to the last minute rush of the latest trip we all agreed to go catered for ease. I contacted 6 or 7 companies regarding this with a fairly healthy budget. 5 got back to me of which I-SKI was the first. Our contact, Adrian was super knowledgeable regarding all the resorts he suggested. We ended up taking Chalet Alpin in Meribel. The service from I-SKI and Adrian in particular was second to none in the 20 years we have been going. The suggested Chalet was superb both in its facilities and staff who were fantastic. The food was delivered by Andy who cam 3rd in Masterchef ! I-SKI, Adrian and what he delivered gave us one of the best and easiest trips yet. All we can say is thank you.”

“Adrian's support in providing a solution to a tricky problem was outstanding. He outlined the situation clearly of what was not possible. He then proceeded to come up with a solution that could be arranged and in the end was highly acceptable. His response phone calls were delivered as promised.
