“I have never booked a package ski holiday before and have never skied with my children outside of Scotland. James listened carefully to my initial request and came up with what look like good suggestions. Adrian then took over and got up to speed quickly, again, listening well and providing helpful information. Thanks to both! We very much look forward to our holiday. ☃”
