“Adrian at i-Ski was incredibly helpful.. and patient. Lots of calls and emails and he did everything he could to find the right location and the right chalet. Every time a query was raised he immediately found the answer. Very impressed, and grateful, we got the holiday at a good price and tailor made to our requirements.”

“Adrian at iSki couldn't have done more to get me into the same hotel as my ski group friends. He phoned both the operator and the hotel directly and got back to me at the time specified. As a result I was with my friends at all times and had a great time.”

I made the comment at the time of booking the holiday that the service we received was a refreshing change to that we normally receive when booking our annual ski holiday. “Staff very friendly with helpful advice. Only problems were with the phones. Could not get through on several occasions, was also left on hold for a long period in which time the phone cut out leaving me hanging.”
