“We have used I-Ski since 2017 They understand exactly what we need and find the right holiday for our family and can even deal with equipment hire. A one stop shop for ski holidays. Just booked 2025-26 holiday to Les Arcs, can't wait to hit the slopes again!”

“Despite a booking mix up so we arrived at Le Plagne with no lift passes or equipment booked- to my surprise Adrian the MD rang me back within 5 minutes on a Sunday and could not have been more helpful. Within 15 minutes vouchers for passes and equipment had been sent to my whatsapp with a discount for inconvenience. Very impressed with the customer service and grateful for the help.”

“First class service from Sebastian. He went out of his way to get the best holiday at the best price for me and nothing was any trouble. He was always extremely polite and friendly. On his day off he answered my email and called me when I was unable to get an answer from anyone in the office after nearly an hour. Thanks to him I booked the holiday with this company.”

“Lucy in Customer Services/Sales has been tremendous, from start to finish, with what was a somewhat complex and last minute enquiry (a specific resort, with mixed departure airports, and a combination of double and single occupancy rooms). She was very quick in coming back to me with an initial proposal, and when I then asked her to apply the same search criteria for other resorts she was equally efficient. Her emailed replies were always very quick and her quotations clearly laid out. My questions were all followed up and responded to in full and I got the impression that Lucy genuinely wanted to come up with the ideal solution(s) for me as a would-be customer. I would certainly use iSki again based on my first experience with them.”

“I recently used ISki to sort an early Jan trip to the Alps. ISki’s agent, Lucy Judson, was immediately impressive. In addition to being very knowledgeable, she has exemplary listening & communication skills, something reflected in her taking the time to make sure she understood what mattered to me, went through six or eight options and didn’t fudge. All that is in marked contrast to what I have often experienced from other companies, where staff frequently came across as more concerned about making a sale than on finding a package which feels right for individual customers. So thanks a million Lucy and well done ISki for spotting, recruiting and, I hope, properly valuing talent.”
