“The ring at the top of the mug came off during the first use, I glued it on so I cd still use it, now the bottom has fallen off! Disappointing as I wanted to use this every day to take my tea to work. Bought it to replace one I dropped, that I purchased in the guiness factory. That one was just perfect!”

I wish you'd contacted us about as we would have gladly sent you a replacement or given you a full refund. “While the nightshirt I bought is well made of warm Irish flannel, the body is strangely skimpy. Long enough, but far narrower in the body than any other nightshirt I've ever bought. Worn once, then passed on to my wife who is slimmer than me.”
