“I got the Irn Bru (Orange) coloured one 2+ weeks ago. You're right about the marmite moment: I love the colour, my wife doesn't. Never mind, there's no mistaking the good fit, close at the wrists, very warm & soft. I'm very pleased with it. Recommended.”

“My sister bought my first pair of Connemara Irish Wool Socks a few years ago. I wore them daily in my walking boots. My second pair are for in my winter boots. This is my third pair. The originals have worn out in the toes and been mended and are still usable but I wanted brand new ones for a trip to Newfoundland. I won't wear anything else in my boots. The wool keeps my feet warm in cold weather and the wool wicks moisture away from my skin so my feet stay cool in the hot weather. My feet stay super comfortable in the socks. Best gift I have ever gotten. Super durable, super comfortable, super warm in winter, cooling in summer. Love, love, love them ❤️!”

“Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to return my jumper, as I made this decision before receiving the jumper I denied receipt of the package rather than unpacking and returning, figuring it better for the company since the jumper would remain brand new. I sent an email informing them of the situation as it might seem a bit odd, and they responded as below. “I'm wondering why you have denied acceptance of an order you made, [my name], It's very disappointing that you have made us incur your postage.” I am not happy with my part in the situation but would still have expected to be met with professionalism, rather than be told off”

It was I who wrote to you and apologies that you felt my response was unprofessional. I think it was because of your rather brief and abrupt email and, on reflection, my response was also abrupt, sorry. In the 27 years we have been in business, this is the first time anyone has denied delivery of their order. Maybe you'll need a sweater later in the year as, if you didn't get a chance to open the package, you won't have seen how lovely it was.
