“The smaller size socks I bought are for me and I wear them as I work from home. They are very warm and comfy. They look good and are good quality. I bought the larger pair as Christmas present so I'm yet to find out if my dad likes them but I'm sure he will! Diolch from Wales.”

“I realised that the knitwear I was drawn to was made using Donegal wool, but very expensive.....did a Google search and bought a beautiful mid brown jumper from Irish Inspiration at a much more reasonable price. It is a lovely shape and length, is soft to touch and feels really comfortable. Very pleased!”

“I was so pleased to find you - it's difficult to get big shirts for the master. He loved them. The 2 nightshirts I bought were great quality, and arrived very quickly. The wesite is easy to navigate, all round positive experience. Thank you”

Thank you for your review, Judith. All wool socks can be a bit itchy if you're sensitive. There was a little slip in with your socks to suggest wearing a thin pair of socks with them to make them last longer but I suppose it also applies to keeping the wool from being in direct contact with your skin if you are sensitive to it.

“What gorgeous sweaters this company produces! The colours are subtle and flattering, the wool is soft, enveloping, and incredibly warm. Last year I bought a lovely carnation pink hoodie, very cosy and comfortable and much admired. This year I chose a red crew neck sweater and my friend liked it so much that I bought one for her too. The ply of the wool is quite thick, but the knit gives nicely and never feels at all itchy. The prices are excellent value for money, as I believe with good care, these knits will last for years and years. Roll on winter! Thank you to the designers and knitters at Irish Inspiration.”
