“Mark Ives was very helpful and provided appropriate guidance - which enabled me to decide on the best life insurance / critical illness cover. He was not forceful or coercive; but provided a good explanation of the insurance products available. I did not perceive that he was frustrated, when he explained the same point - more than once. I was also informed about a new form of insurance, which I did not know existed. Thanks very much, Yvonne Osedumme”

“I had a great phone call with Alex Clarke today, he was so friendly and helpful, I ended up with a policy that covers me for critical illness as well as life insurance which is great considering I have 2 children now to care for. He explained everything to me really well and made sure to tell me about all the offers before I settled on one. He's a credit to your company, super lovely guy! He also told me about his new baby which was lovely as I have a baby myself and it made the phone call much more personable and relaxed, not so scripted like some 'cold calls' are, really enjoyed talking with him today :)”

“I spoke with Mark Ives, he was very proffessional, explained everything clearly and got me a better life insurance policy, that will suit me and my family if the worst should happen. Would reccomend them, so many policies out there.”
