“I took the Setting Up Your Own Online Business course with Tim, which provided a comprehensive overview of finance, sales, website design, SEO, and performance tracking. “For the last two days, Julia managed to deliver a very informative APM Project Fundamentals course and keep our group engaged. She also made sure there aren't any unanswered questions and shared a lot of real life experience stories. The course itself has few sections where you doubt yourself as it introduces a terminology. I would also like to see Agile a bit more, but other than that all went pretty smooth, with a lot of practice and open discussion within the group. Thanks again, Julia.”

“Good pace of training and the trainer gave lots of real world examples to assist with learning and understanding. I would ask that the requirement for the exam to be booked after the course is made more prevalent in the pre course instructions as i think many people were under the assumption that the exam would be is part of the course as in taken on the tuesday. Its not an issue with booking it on a convienient time, however due to diary clashes and work commitments it would have been nice to know about this before hand.”

“The Start Your Own Online Business course with IpsoFacto is one of the best courses I’ve ever taken. The wealth of information from firming up your business idea, identifying your market, competitors and price points. Setting up your own optimised and ‘google search’ friendly website, marketing, accounting… the list goes on. The knowledge and experience shared honestly by Tim Whitaker was so refreshing. “I attended Ipso Factos' Start Your Own Online Business course 24-28 Apr 23, with the first 3 days in person in Portsmouth and the final 2 days online. This is a really comprehensive course that covers business planning, financial considerations, selling, marketing and setting up and managing a website. There is a LOT of information provided over the 5 days, but instructors Tim and Brian managed to successfully focus on the essential core elements, leaving me at the end of the course with a solid idea of how to get my planned business up and running in the coming months. Recommended for anyone who has a realistic business idea - whether innovative or fairly standard - and wants to use the web as the primary platform for sales and marketing. You will come away with a ton of information, but the confidence to work through it in slower time to guide you toward your business goals.”

“The course "Start your own business online" with Tim and Brian was excellent, the only thing stopping a five-star rating is that the title is a little deceiving. It should really be called "optimizing your online business" because much of the advice assumes you already have a website. That said, the content will be of use to me once I start my online business.”
