“When booking I was slightly nervous about the Virtual Classroom - I needn't have been! Sarah delivered the training superbly, I never once felt that I was actually remote learning. The course content was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole week. The exams are tricky and in my opinion, do not meet relevant good practice (SAT), (take note APMG) but, thanks to Sarah's delivery of the training and considered exam preparation I was able to navigate them without issue. I have already booked another course with Ipso Facto for next year, as I consider their high-quality training delivery and patriotic discount when using an ELCAS Credit exceptionally good value for money.”

“I found this course extremely good. As someone with very basic knowledge of Excel I came away from the course feeling like I had most definitely learnt a few tips and tricks. Tim was very patient with us all and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this course for people looking to expand their use of Excel.”

“I found this course very beneficial in that it will make me more efficient when working with spreadsheets, particularly when using the new shortcuts I wasn't previously aware of, and the useful information along the bottom bar, i.e. Count, Average, etc. In addition, it was very helpful to learn about conditional formatting and formulas, as although I may not need to use these on a regular basis, at least I know about them and can refer to the course handbook if necessary. I found Tim to be a very pleasant and patient trainer, he ran the course at an appropriate pace (for me anyway) and took the time to explain/repeat information when requested to do so. Overall, I would definitely recommend this course to others.”
