“This is the second time I have used IPSO FACTO for my Prince 2 training. Once again the trainer was of the highest quality and knowledge, the location was great and easy to get to and the supporting documentation was good. Oh and I passed again!! I will always look to them first when I need some training.”

“The course from the start was well presented and the Knowledge that Julia passed on was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately for me having to concentrate on such an intense course as well as continuing with the daily work issues was a bit too much.”

“I attended this course, and although very embarrassed at my lack of computer skills found I was soon made to feel at ease Tim was a very patient instructor . The course has given me more confidence to experiment. With the introduction pack given to us a great help to remind me of what to do. A great course I would love to attend another. “Like everyone, I am too busy with constant interruptions to play around with excel to better understand it's full capacity. I arranged a one to one training session with Tim at IPSO FACTO on specific excel intermediate areas involving pivot tables, slicers etc. Some of the data we used was huge and IPSO FACTO have provided our company with some enormous time saving options and returns a user friendly navigation screen similar to a dashboard. Excellent investment and highly recommended.”

“The training day was well worth attending. The venue was comfortable and Caroline provided supportive information and encouraged pertinent discussion in the group. We were a small group, only four people plus the trainer, but as it was a mixed bunch there was a lot to learn about how Minuting was done in other organisations. I picked up some good tips on best practice and look forward to producing really professional minutes in the future.”
