“Well delivered APM PMQ course supported by a knowledgeable and experienced practitioner/instructor. The pre-course administration and course teaching material was spot on and the pace of learning suitable for individuals with some project management knowledge/experience. “Having successfully completed the first ever ELCAS approved course in relation to drone training (Diploma in the Remote Piloting of Unmanned Aircraft Systems for Commercial Operations), I want to pass my thanks on 1) to Tim and his team at IPSO FACTO for making this course a reality and 2) to Andy our instructor. Without a doubt he enabled me to learn and retain the subject matter (of which there is a lot), from his confident yet relaxed teaching method to sharing his 'real world' experiences. I fully recommend completing the pre-course work (roughly 20 hours) as this is not an attendance course but if you are willing to put the work in, you will be successful! Have fun and good luck.”

“I’ve just successfully completed the first ever IPSO FACTO course for a Diploma in the Remote Piloting of Unmanned Aircraft Systems for Commercial Operations (UAQ). I couldn’t be happier, what a great, enjoyable and well run course it was. Tim was my main point of contact prior to arrival and he was always able to answer any questions I had regarding the course, never leaving me hanging or waiting long for a reply. Our trainer (Andy) was superb. His style of delivery was, in my opinion, about perfect. He obviously has a passion for the subject, which is clearly displayed in the way that he manages to put across some pretty heavy information. He also has ample commercial experience in the field, which enables him to answer everything we threw at him, in a relaxed and professional manner. However, this is not an attendance course. You have to put the effort in. IPSO FACTO give you access to an extremely good, pre-course online study package for you to work through before you arrive. Do this (as they suggest) and I’m sure that you’ll have a very successful and enjoyable course too. In addition to what I’ve seen other similar providers offer, IPSO FACTO will also help you prepare your Operations Manual for submission to the CAA, which is a massive bonus. They cannot write it for you, but they are on hand to at least point you in the right direction so that you can apply for your PFCO and get your business up and running. Good luck.”

“I completed both PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner courses last week. It was five days well spent and I will be recommending both courses to our team! The trainer was a subject matter expert, with excellent interpersonal skills, fun and approachable, who helped every one of us to learn all there is to learn about project management, within the curriculum. The group quickly gelled and worked together, under the friendly guidance from Claudine. The room was spacious and well lit, and the facilities were good as well; and we all appreciated the free tea and coffee! The additional materials and handouts were very useful and helped me to prepare well for the exams. Overall, a very good course, with a useful qualification to have in the end. Many thanks!”
