“Attended the Accounting in a Small Business course which was conducted virtually (having to be changed from classroom based due to COVID restrictions). The workbook was received by post in plenty of time. The instructor, Wendy, was very professional, clear in her explanations, and encouraged questions from us to ensure we fully understood the content. The course took us from starting out at the basics (most of us never having run accounts before), covering elements of sole traders and Limited Companies, to preparing Profit and Loss accounts and balance sheets, and analysing performance by the end of it. Excellent course and I would highly recommend it to anyone going into business at whatever level.”

There were some slight issues with exam booking (the issue was with the examining body) but IPSO FACTO were quick to respond and were quick to resolve the situation.”
