“The tutor Ian Sutton was first rate, he delivered the course material in a clear and concise fashion, I would definatly attend another of his courses. The venue, The Abbey Hill Golf course in Milton Keynes is a dreadful venue for training, the food we were allocated was just off the main foyer and suffered from noise from people coming and going, on 3 of the 4 days they were hosting weddings and as you would expect these generated a significant amount of noise, not ideal when you are trying to study, also the room had no aircon and no opening windows, so the only option was to have either the entrance door or the fire exit open, also it was not possible to switch off the lights in the room , this would have helped with watching the various videos that were shown. The catering, this also left a lot to be desired, Ian constantly had to ask the staff to bring the refreshments as they were usually late or incomplete, for instance on a number occasions they forgot the milk for the drinks. I would absolutely NOT attend another course at this venue. For the duration of the course I stayed at the hotel adjacent to the golf course and this would have been a much more suitable location for the training.”

Thank you for your feedback Darrell, this is a new venue we have just started to use and after the course Ian made the training team aware of the issues. We have taken steps accordingly to avoid these problems in the future, we take pride in the venues we choose so delegates get the most out of their training, unfortunately this venue has not come close to our standards.
