“It was a very well structured course, the instructor had very sound knowledge of the subject and he used his own personnel experiences to get the subject matter across. I feel I now have a sounder understanding of what needs to be implemented within my areas. the course was delivered at a good pace to allow discussions and interaction with all members of the course.”
