“Have been a long term customer. Have just received my new spectacles.. Exactly a year ago I aĺso got my prescription spectacles and asked at that time if it was possible to have tinted lense that responded to light because of medical sensitivity to light. I was told that was not offered. This year there was a big explanation of the super new lense. On return to shop to pick up my new spectacles I admired the glasses of one of the staff who proudly told me they were the new lense with tinted lense. I was SO disappointed that she hadn't told me of that when she encouraged me to buy the superior lense. Had I known this was available I would have definitely purchased them so although the new spectacles are fine I am still left very disappointed.”

“I was recommended IOLLA by my daughter. The staff on my first visit were unobtrusive yet helpful. This purchase would be my first pair of prescription glasses. I chose to pick them up from store for advice and in case any fitting was required. On collection of my glasses, no fitting was required. I was however surprised that no further advice was given, particularly as this was my first pair of prescription glasses, was I wrong to expect more?”

“This is the second time I have been to IOLLA and it is the second time I have been delighted with my new face furniture and when you have a face like mine you need good furniture! My frames (yes, bought two) are great for different moods and clothes - or none. I'm heading back for a third pair and those will be my sunglasses.”

“I absolutely love my new glasses. My only minor complaint is I was in store for 30 minutes trying on different styles and was never approached by any member of staff. I actually wasn't spoken to at all until I was paying. I would usually have taken a friend to ask advice but had to go solo so would have liked someone to ask if they could help. I visited on Sunday 16th June 2024.”

“The staff & manager in the Finneston St branch in Glasgow were great. No hard sale however buckets of help, genuine care and attention to detail when my varifocals were being measured up and later fitted. The delivery time was right at the end of the time frame quoted which is fair enouygh but I was kinda hoping to get then slightly earlier. Outsdanding value. I was quoted 3 times the cost from a High St Opticians,”

“Fast, efficient and excellent service. Lots of lovely styles and frames to choose from I ordered mine on a Saturday and paid extra for a speedy turn around. Got them back by the Wednesday so worth it if you need glasses for going away asap Frames well priced and staff lovely and friendly”

“I visited both shops in Glasgow last month. The staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. I like my frames very much. Unfortunately I’m finding that the varifocal lenses aren’t as good quality as my other pair, just recently ordered by my optician. The transition from the top of the lens to the bottom isn’t as seamless, i.e. it’s more noticeable. I would still recommend IOLLA to someone who needs a single focus lens as they are very good value and the range of frame styles is attractive.”
