“Outstanding service. Being a short sighted person whose close vision also failed, I happened into IOLLA in West George Street in Glasgow. Amazing professional advice and product knowledge in abundance. Glasses delivered in 10 days to the house. No more glasses-on-and-off-the-head manoeuvres working between screen and paper and middle distance. Multi-focal/Occupational lenses are perfect and much less expensive than previous vari-focal lenses. 💥”

“Faultless service that is thanks to the amazing staff! I had recently purchased a pair of glasses from iolla that had accidentally gotten bent out of shape. I took them into the Stockbridge shop and after the shop assistant had given it a go, said they could be better fixed if sent away to the workshop. She also suggested I send the clip-ons away too as they were a little stiff (I hadn't even noticed!). I received my repaired glasses and clip-ons to my home address super quickly and at no expense! Even had a lovely email explaining the work that had been done. I will definitely be back for my next pair soon!”

“My whole experience with Iolla has been high quality from start to finish. I found the web experience straightforward, easy to navigate and informative. The turnaround time was short; my glasses were dispatched promptly. I had an issue with the delivery partner used here in Dubai, but Iolla were supportive, and helped me get the issue resolved quickly. Their customer service has been excellent. I really like the design and build quality of my new glasses and their pricing is so reasonable that I'm thinking of ordering a second style of glasses in addition to the ones I already bought. Great job all round.”

“There had been a problem with the prescription of my lenses. The customer service team on the phone recognised what had gone wrong and sorted it for me really quickly. The in store staff got the lenses replaced without any fuss too and they even gave me some credit for the inconvenience. Great service.”

“In-store experience was great but sadly my glasses have not arrived in Italy yet - been waiting since 15 October. I fear this delay is mainly due to Italian postal service but if IOLLA could intervene that would very welcome.”
