“Great customer service and genuinely took time to chat through delivery options with me when I was based across Edinburgh and london over Christmas. Spoke to the nicest girl on the w phone too, Nicola I think? Really lovely and helpful!”

“This is my 3rd pair of Iolla glasses and I couldn't be happier with them. I visited the Edinburgh shop and the service was exceptional. I had the frames I liked most emailed to me with all of the options, so that when I was ready to make my purchase I had all the information there to help. Thank you”

“Didn’t know of Iola until I happened to walk past the shop and went in for a browse. Bought two pairs spectacles and very happy with both. Competitively priced and decent range of stylish frames. Good to get thin lenses and anti glare coating included in the price. Price you see is price you pay. 15% discount for two pairs or more. Happy with all that.”

“Love the range of the collection. Iolla always have a choice of frames for a smaller face which is great for me. Staff were very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I keep going back to Iolla when I need new glasses.”

“Choosing new frames from IOLLA was a pleasure. I enjoyed browsing the wide range of frames and the staff were very helpful without ‘crowding’ in any way. When I felt that the frames were too tight it was sorted quickly. Overall delighted.”
