“First time I have used IOLLA and I was very impressed! Lovely shop, very nice staff and a great selection of glasses. The shop also smells amazing! Love my new varifocal glasses and I'll definitely be back!”

“I’ve been using Iolla for a few years now. I have had new frames/refreshed lenses/sunglasses you name it. I recently ordered a new set online which was easy and I could get them sent to store. I also raised a sunglasses refresh in store (Edinburgh) which again was easy - I’ve also had a slight adjustment at the Glasgow store for an existing frame. Staff are always friendly and polite and there’s a lot of choice on offer. The only issue that I have ever encountered was more recently in what was not an overly busy day but both visible staff members were servicing customers. One which I think was for an adjustment. I had only come to collect glasses which I know doesn’t take long but I was waiting for a long time for someone to ask what I was waiting for and then for them to subsequently get my glasses from the back (I reckon it was around 10-15 mins). I think staff need to be conscious about triaging customers instead of ignoring them for lengthy periods of time or maybe there needs to be a way to collect glasses more easily. Other than that I’ve not faced any other issues in store - commutation via email is also great.”

“Very happy with my new glasses staff very friendly and helpful but if I could make one criticism/observation they did take a long time to arrive and I had to chase up delivery twice. Granted my prescription was for varifocals but I still felt it was a bit of a long wait.”

“As always a very easy and professional service from Iolla. I needed my prescription changed and it was very straight forward and affordable. The lady in the shop was very helpful and the whole process didn’t take long at all and my glasses came back to me like new!”

“Visited the Glasgow city centre branch and the staff were really hepful and friendly. Took the time to explain the process for placing and order and when I returned to collect my glasses they were equally as friendly and helpful. Will be buying a second pair from Iolla in the coming months.”

“Glad I found Iolla, I was recommended by a relative. I bought varifocals and have been happy with them, the service and pleasant calm shop in St Annes Square Manchester served by Meg. Price was also a factor particularly for varifocals so much cheaper and with no extras like thinning”
